R-219 is versatile rutile titanium dioxide manufactured via sulfate process with Si-Al composite inorganic coating and organic post-treatment. It delivers outstanding hiding power, superior outdoor weather resistance and excellent comprehensive compatibility. The product features excellent dry powder flowability, remarkable high-temperature anti-yellowing performance and stable pigment properties, specially optimized for PVC profiles, plastic pipes, powder coatings, road marking paints and long-term weather-resistant plastic products, covering multiple coating and plastic industrial fields.

2. Outstanding high-temperature resistance & anti-yellowing capacity, stable color tone under plastic high-temperature molding and coating baking.

4. Balanced oil absorption and strong tinting strength, easy grinding and dispersion in solvent and powder coating systems.
5. Ultra-low 45μm sieve residue, few coarse particles, smooth surface of finished plastic and coating products.
6. Wide universal matching performance, applicable to plastic, powder coating, road paint and general industrial coating systems.

Store indoors in clean, dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight and rain. Implement first-in first-out inventory management to guarantee product performance. The shelf life is 2 years if stored properly. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration.

Comply with local health & safety operation standards. Wear protective gloves, safety goggles and submicron filter respirator during feeding and mixing operations. Complete MSDS document is available upon customer request for full safety operation regulations.
