1. Product Introduction
P-440 is medium molecular weight PVC paste resin independently developed by Junzheng Group. It features K value 75 and average polymerization degree 1450±150, with stable plastisol viscosity, low residual VCM, few impurity particles and low volatile content. The resin delivers good tensile strength and compact film-forming property after gelation, suitable for compact surface layer of artificial leather, flooring leather and various coating plastisol products. It has wide compatibility with plasticizers, fillers and auxiliaries, applicable to medical, automotive, printing and coating industries.

Storage Requirements
Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, keep away from high temperature, rain and direct sunlight. Seal packages tightly after opening to avoid moisture absorption causing plastisol viscosity shift. Adopt FIFO inventory management.
Operation Safety
Wear dust mask, protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to reduce dust inhalation. If powder contacts eyes, flush with plenty of clean water immediately.
